Privacy protection. In compliance with the Decree 30th June 2003, n. 196, I undersign this declaration as my explicit agreement on the use of my personal data by Consorzio Zona Industriale e Porto Fluviale di Padova (Consorzio Industrial Area and River Port of Padua) and confirm that I have been informed that: 1) personal data will be used only for purposes connected with the activity of Consorzio; 2) personal data will be processed by hand and by automatized instruments and kept for the period of time provided for by the Decree 196/2003, and finally destroyed; 3) personal data must be given in order to enjoy the services provided by Consorzio Zip and any possible refusal makes it impossibile for Zip to supply its services; 4) personal data will be known only by: the statute governance, control and direction organs; people in charge of the data processing centre; people in charge of the maintenance and/or repair; people in charge of the carrying out of the required services; people in charge of promotion and institutional activities; they might be used for statistical purposes (anonimously and jointly). Personal data will not be disseminated outside Consorzio Zip; 5) the concerned person/company enjoys the rights provided for by the art. 7 of the mentioned Decree 196/2003; they can be exercised according to the art. 8 of the Decree 196/2003, through specific application to the owner or the person in charge of data processing; 6) data processing owner: Consorzio Zona Industriale e Porto Fluviale di Padova.
